The Fight For Air Climb: Race Up Boston Place begins at 9 a.m. on Saturday February 6, 2010 in Boston. Firefighters from the Professional Firefighters of Keene include Stephen Boutwell, Michael Gianferrari, Craig Matson, Mike Powers, and Brain Nowak. Participants will take off in 20 second intervals creating staggered start times. The building is 601 feet tall and has 41 floors and most floors have two flights of stairs.  There are a total of 789 steps and an elevation gain of 493 feet. There is 9-10 stairs between landings plus the two mezzanine floors, which have three flights each. All money fundraised for this event goes to the American Lung Association.
